Sub-Processors

This page lists the sub-processors that WLS Labs Ltd (“Accounting MCP”) engages to process customer data in connection with the Accounting MCP platform.
If you have subscribed to notifications, we will inform you of any changes to this list. You may object to a new sub-processor as set out in our Data Processing Agreement.

Connected Platforms Are Not Sub-Processors
Third-party platforms that you choose to connect to your workspace (for example via connector credentials) are engaged directly by you under your own agreements with those platforms. They act on your instructions when you or your authorised AI clients invoke tools through Accounting MCP, and they are therefore not sub-processors of WLS Labs Ltd. Please review the terms and privacy policies of each platform you connect.
International Transfers
Some of our sub-processors are located in the United States. For transfers of personal data to these sub-processors, we rely on:
- The UK-US Data Bridge (UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) where the sub-processor is certified; or
- The UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses
We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for all international transfers as required by UK data protection law.
